Winking Dragon Asia was established in 2011 as a B2B design firm. Since then we have grown with into a group of multicultural designers and marketers who have travelled extensively in Asia and around the world, bringing a special travel-related flair to our designs.

The online store was started in 2018 to reach individual directly throughout the Pacific Rim and around the world.

We cater to buyers who have an interest in Asian culture, whether it be traditional samurai and kimono aesthetics, or modern cosplay and manga culture. We now provide designs from other regions of the world, bringing in artwork inspired by California culture, Hawaiian themes, New York street art, Mediterranean mosaics, modern product design, and even ancient cave art.

When our staff is not jetting around the world or surfing the Pacific Ocean, we are working the wholesale markets of Japan, spanning the cultural spectrum from the trendy streets of Tokyo's Harajuku and Shibuya districts, to the lantern-lit pathways of Kyoto and Nara, and the turquoise beaches of Okinawa.

We value high quality materials and avoid cheap disposable items. We want our planet to last, and our products to last as well. 

We value human rights, and we reserve the right to avoid doing business with suppliers or buyers who violate individual human rights or government actors who commit large scale human rights violations. We believe that people have the right to pursue their work and livelihoods without fear of economic repression or political violence.
